Our certified courses provide hands-on instruction in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use, and essential First Aid techniques.

Who should take our courses?
We offer a wide range of training options, from Hands-Only CPR for the general public to Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare professionals, all tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, we provide multiple levels of First Aid training, from Basic First Aid to advanced life-threatening bleeding control.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
The Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed for healthcare providers and first responders, including prehospital and in-facility professionals. The BLS course covers early recognition of a cardiac arrest, high-quality chest compression, ventilation, AED use, team dynamics and more.
Basic CPR/AED
Learn the critical steps to save lives in cardiac emergencies. Our CPR/AED course covers:
- Adult, child, and infant CPR techniques
- How to deliver high-quality chest compressions and effective ventilation
- Proper AED use and operation
- Choking relief for conscious and unconscious victims of all ages
First Aid Training
Gain confidence in handling common injuries and emergencies with one of our First Aid courses. We offer Basic First Aid, Total First Aid, multiple options for Advanced Bleeding Control and STOP THE BLEED® training.
